Sergio Elbaum, Architect, born in 1960, graduated in 1985, from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
​
He has worked both in the area of design, construction and real estate operations.
Starting in 2001, when he emigrated with his family to Florida, USA, forming his own real estate development company, the founding years of the company established in 2008, Urban Choices Construction and Mgmt Corp, and Urban Choices Realty LLC from Obtaining the Real Estate License.
From there he has specialized in commercial properties, acquisition, exploitation and sale, both office buildings, warehouses, industrial buildings and shopping centers. He has also returned to real estate development of small residential condominiums and single family homes.
